Fold down seat clip

Hi all,
The push button on one of the estates rear seats is missing and I was wondering if there is any way I can still fold the seat down? Its the single rear seat that won't budge.

Theres a handle on the back dan, right by the latch, normally red or black

That's gone to matt don't know why orr where it is  all I can see is a hole at the top of the seat and metal insde the back of othe seat  We can only seat 3 people as it s because we can't fold just the single. I wil have another mess now.
