How to remove the speedometer vire?

Hi every1, im aboute to change my broken vire to the speedometer-gearbox, unfortually i cant remove it from the backside of the instrument, i bend it out as far i can and feel the connection with my r8 hand and twisting turning but it wont let go..., is there maybe a picture somewhere i can view to understand this stubborn connection can any1 help plz...

Pull the instrument cluster forwards and disconnect the multipin plug at the rear.. If you cannot pull it forwards then there is a wire trapped somewhere.. but it is only a multipin plug and should pull out.
