Another Diesel Problem

Can anyone tell me where the Fuel cut off solenoid is and an idea of the electrical path/relay number to it on an April 96 Ultima 2.5TD with VM engine.I dont believe it has a MAF and I think it is EEC1V ECM .Headlights dont work so have printed info off the site start PDing tomorrow !
