Will the VM diesel engine from a granada drop straight in to my M plate scorpio with out to much agrovation.

Of the top of my head size wise Yes, but I think there are other topics that need to be considered .. as the electronics on the old granada are not as sofisticated as those on the Scorpio... even on the TD model..
I am sure others will advise you with more detail.....
