If you change the chains & timing guides on the 24V
don't forget to clean out your sump as well if any of the guides have broken up.
Ensure your garage does the same. ;)

Costs alot to do the guides etc but . . .

Engine suffered oil starvation at 80 mph due to old broken guides blocking the oil pickup.
Seconds later it's too late. :o

omg!! that's why i don't want a cossi! and yes, i know it can happen to any engine, but!!!!!!

OUCH!
Been there, done that :'(

But it has run more than 20.000km since rebuild and still OK. Expensive and many hours though :-/
