How do i tap into the reverse light power to fit my reversing sensors? "Scotchlock" the way forward? or is there another way? ???

You can of course use scotchlock connectors but the advice here has allways been to solder  for a better connection.

DON'T use scotchlocks, they are the cause of endless problems ;)

Strip about 10mm insulation from the wire with a scalpel, wrap your bared feed wire around, solder and wrap it in insulating or self amalgamating tape ;)
