just got scorpio uitima but  no key fob for central locking should it have one or not ???

Welcome to the site  :)

Yes your Scorpio should have a key fob for remote locking. Any Scorpio fob can be re-coded to your car so ask around here in the Wanted section or see if eBay has any at a reasonable price.
