Ive got a 2.3 16v .....what is best oil to use ...synthetic or semi synthetic..advice appreciated

hi there

i've been using national (http://www.national.co.uk/specials.asp). make sure it's at least sae 5w-30 and semi synthetic (i use the fully synthetic at £25).

it's also a good idea to stand and watch them do it. ;)

I'm using Valvoline SynPower 5W-40 (full syntethic) in my 2.3. After the first oil change the engine got smoother.
