Hi I have a 7000 RDS in a Ford Explorer and have no manual for it.
Have had the usual prob of display disappearing and reappearing!!
Have just noticed it has a clock function but I cant adjust the time date on the screen.
Any help?

Maybe I am being really thick but I cant find it anywhere.
Have checked out the handbook section. could you put up a link maybe?

The details are in the RADIO handbook HERE (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/radio7000.pdf). Page three. If you need more go the site front page,(Click on the banner at the top of this page) scroll down to the bottom and enter radio in the search box. You'll find all sorts of info. HTH. :)

maybe i'm not reading this correctly. :-/

you can't adjust the time/date as it's set by radio signals.

that may be the case as the help in the hand book section dont say how to adjust it.
the display is all dashes so i guessed it would be able to change it manually but nothing seems to change it.

Thinking back, Andrew is right about it being set through the radio...getting confused in my old age ::)
