Hi all
look at e-bay item 4580825664
says it is a 3.0
didn't know they did the Scorpio in 3.0.
Sure some one will let me know if(when)I am wrong.

2.9 rounded up ;D

He does say its 2,935 in engine size section!

ok then here's one...........
how many miles of wear will it take to bore out the extra 65cc?

(no really this has been bugging me for a while - sad i know)

surely somebody out there is driving a 3 litre?

i have heard of an ex ford director who used to drive a 3.7 24v cosworth! lucky git!

It's only Ford who call them 2.9. Most other manufacturer would simply call them 3 litre.

My Senators were 2969cc, so Vauxhall, quite sensibly, sold 3.0l Senators and badged them up as such!

Why is Ford different?

well, that one, if it was unique (dont know if it was) is dead, it was being broken for spares when i saw it.
