Title: sorry folks, i let you down.......

Well i made my decision + have just purchased a Saab 9-5 2.0 Turbo Saloon R Reg.

Its lush!

Sorry but this kind of delays my plans to purchase the 2.3 Scorp for now.

LOOK (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4621991182&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.co.uk%3A80%2Fsearch%2Fsearch.dll%3Ffrom%3DR40%26satitle%3D4621991182%26fvi%3D1)

Theres even a Saab Enthusiast sight!

Just read a few points which have impressed me lots;

All 4cyl models have the balance shafts like the 2.3 Scorp.
All models are fitted with a Turbo, however (unlike most Turbo cars) have a cooling water jacket surrounding the bearings, hence no nead to perform the idle-rundown routine on arrival at ones destination.
All Saab models can run on all Octanes(Leaded + Unleaded) of Petrol due to engine/fuel self detection + automatic Timing Adjustment.
Parkers + other good independant Review sites give the Saabs an excellent rating and say to expect the engines to serve atleast quarter million miles.
2.0 Turbo Charged (+ Chipped) engine gives similar performance to Cossie but with better mpg, lower insurance/road tax. Anyone up for a Track Day?

Cool eh!?   ;D

And seeing as its a unique design, its a great follow on from the Scorp too.

Smiles all round   ;D :D ;D :D ;D

Oh + forgot to mention, its also the first EVER car to get Full 5 Star marks in the Euro NCAP test results.  No fatalities in our household then  :-/

No  Puddles Lights ?  ???       Good Luck with it,   hope it's not a  real minger.

I'd rather take my chances with a   traditional Car  Auction  than E-Bay though.

I am an Aftersales Manager at a Saab Dealer.
When you run into problems, give me a shout on here.

I'd rather drive my 2.0 Scorpio Estate over Saab to be brutally honest.
