In the "Seen by You" forum, Ultima2300 reported the Weatherfield sighting.

This might be of interest to Coro watchers.

Until our 2.9 went to auction from where we bought it, it had the reg. no. HW555.

The previous owner had been a Mrs. H. Worth who lived somewhere round about the North West Derbyshire border/ Manchester area.

Could it have been Helen Worth of Coro fame?
It seemed to be a bit of a coincidence.

Unless Helen is a fan of the Scorpio, at £300 000 per year salary I'm sure she could afford a newer runabout.

I'd rather have my bus than Beckhams anyday. unless I was attempting to pull the wool over someones eyes on ebay !

She lives (or used to) live in Hatton,which is a little village just outside Warrington.

what is this thing 'coro' you mention?
