sat hear at home thinking will the enginear cume to install a new phone line.have been wating since november 15th fore t-t at the c-p-w to install a line .after 6 visets to thear shop in yeovil 6 phone calls to thear helpless lines.4 emalies .3 leagel letters.they have promisted i will be coneced between 8 am and 12 oclock to day its nearley 11-30 am so ime not holding my breath

dident have to hold my breath at all.ase i presed the send butten the door bell rang and ther stod my knight in shining armour.actuley a openreach enginer with a hivisable jackit
