ebay item 292729853535 shows a police Minichamps car in white modded by the owner, project for the winter perchance??

Just wondered if they ever existed as there was a similar botched one (real car) on ebay a while ago based on a red(??) car.

Detailing is pretty good though.

Just thought I'd ask, but £60 for a minichamps s a bit strong though.
