Hi,
I only have a black key for my scorp, but I just brought another scorp as spares because my engine was broke. Anyway this car has all 3 keys (including the red one) what do I need to change to use these keys apart from the steering barrel lock obviously. Will it be a big job and is it worth doing? Your views would be apperciated

Hi,

you only actually NEED to change the ignition barrel. Then you would have to get the red key programmed to your car at a Ford dealer (about £77 inc the VAT). If you wanted to change the other locks (doors and boot) it isn't too difficult, there is an excellent write up on the main site.

Thanx Dave,
I will give it a go when I have put the engine in.
I may aswell change the door/boot locks and do a "propperjob".
