hi all i've got a 97 ultima 24v the seal went on the g/box input shaft i done all my home work about doing the job myself i though that looks easy so i went ahead done the seal every thing was going fine untill i reconected the battery it just turns but wont later found out when i turn the ingnition on there the s,e and ice mode buttons flash and then stay out when i turn the radio on it lights up with no display and the light on top the dash flash 1:6 code no conection between pats &eecv anyone got any ideas

What exactly have you removed & refitted.

hi just exhaust prop and left hand inlet manifold and wiring to g/box and then when the g/box was out the sump oil filter and tork converter

did you check all wires connected to battery..any earth straps removed refitted properly and all starter motor connections are good ?
