I've got a '98 2.3 Ultima Saloon and the horn is losing its paaarp!!

I've bought a replacement but now I have to fit it.

Which is the best course of action?

Removing the front bumper or removing the wheel and wheel arch cover. Or is there an easier way?

Any help / tips would be greatly appreciated.

jack the car up, you can get to it from underneath
