Anyone got any idea how to change the heated screen button as mine no longer illuminates at all

Read THIS (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/fasciabulbs.htm).  You need to remove the air con panel but read the detail carefully to avoid breaking off the plastic 'tab'.

CC panel easy to remove and switch easy to remove using instructions on site - unfortunately have to buy whole switch - cost me about £12 from FDM.
