hi all hope yas well, anyway i have just bought a scorpio dohc16v 2.3 97 p reg but the breather pipe missing off the top of the headgasket at the rear of it can any1 help me out n tell me wat it is called i was told it was a pcv hose but no1 i spoke to nose what im on about lol hellllllllppppppppppppp

hi there

hard to tell which part you're talking about. :-/

is it the intake manifold (you had that earlier), or from the top left hand side of the rocker cover?

this goes to the air filter housing, if that's any help.

the valve is located top left hand side of rocker / headgasket when engine is running air is forced out of ware the valve is supposed to be thnx

thnx on the diagram it is no 40 that is missing also the hose that connects to it but not sure wat its called lol cheers

part 40= 6320114 filter

can't find a listing for the hose at the momment.

you can you a small breather fillter (13mm?) instead, if you want.
