I have -95 model(made 12/94) Scorpion cosworth whit FullAutomaticA/C(Sorry my bad english)

It give error, sometime its 07 and sometime 03 but i not find problem, box i change one time and its help abotu 6month, many time its work nice but sometime when start motor its give "88" what meen error.
Before i change box i find at box change allready before becasue "old" one made in -97 and find at Versio is III than my "new" box is made 11/95 and its versio II.
"new" i buy old and cheap from one car =)

Outsidetemp one is B/W and where its go? That W/P i find go to A/C box and its ok.
Motor running smooth and speed change min-max nice in manual mode.

Can somebody help me? in hire Finland i not fin information from club and repair store is too expencive to me.

Can Ice-Detec test someway in home? What these 4-wire make?

Hi There 03 is your outside temp sensor which is faulty and 07 refers to the HBC

Have a look at THIS (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/ccreset.htm) and
The wiring diagrams for the car are WIRING (http://www.carsoft.ru/avtorepair/sierra_el.html) even though the link states " sierra " it IS for the scorpio

Your 88 reading may relate to alow battery charge we have found that 57 is the same as 07 so may be 88 is the same as 08 good luck

Thanks =) i Read all in hire pages from A/C and print them to paper too but want find that problem myself.
I not want change parts if not sure at that is broken.

Can someone say how much volt come to A/C Relay what found inside car under instrument? I look at my system is only 8volt there...

What different has before 96 and 96 after module?

That 88 show at has some error in system... its show right side panel.... Them look error code, sometime come 07,03 or 57 ....
Somtiem not come anything show possible its wireproblem... ?

Not sure if I understand you correctly, but I'd of thought 12 volts.

"A permanent fault entry which is recognised after "KEY ON" is indicated for about three seconds by a flashing "88" (up to build month 12.95) on the passenger side of the display unit"

In my opinion the 0x codes are live but the 5x is a digital S for stored (old) codes, but I have no proof of this.

Thanks, looks at its work nice 90% time but sometime its put error and "88" show in right display.
If somebody can use multimeter and look what voltage found in A/C Relay and tell to me make me happy.
Firs i try change really new Ice-Deteck and if not start work them need make bigger work.

Its hard to come hire look message becase my net company has problem whit one usa net company... Finland Sonera :-(
