Title: Estate Luggage Cover Problems

The wind out luggage compartment cover has ceased to wind out. I unfortunately got snarled up in itself and had to be completely un folded and it seems to have stretched as well as not automatically folding back ito itself.

I don't know if any one has experienced this problem and whether it can be fixed but if not I am looking for a replacement.
