Had the door locks fail a few weeks ago. Got two s/hand ones with a chipped key off an N reg Granada.

Is it possible to reprogramme this key for use on my current car - 1997 2.3. It turns in the ignition lock ok but won't let it start.

At the moment I haven't got a spare so it could be a useful addition.

If I can do it, how please.

You need the red key to programme other keys. Have a read of This page (http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/pats.htm) and see if that helps.
