Title: 1998 24v Cosworth Post by michaelelise on Jan 30th, 2012, 4:20pm Hi all, I seem to be having problems with the car again!!! It seems to jump out of overdrive and the o/d light comes on at random times. I’m can click the button and sometimes it goes out and o/drive comes back in. But sometimes I cannot click the button and it will not cancel the overdrive. Then it does it 2 seconds later or 5 mins later. Now is it the dreaded wiring loom problem or can it be something else? If it is the wiring loom I have a donor car for the loom but can someone tell me which bit I need please? From where to where and how easy is it to get out, is it an engine out job? If I get the wiring loom out what is the best way to repair the loom i.e. which outer covering should I put on? Thanks in advance Michael :( |
