I have the 2.3l Ultima with a 6000 audio system but the information sheet code is for a 7000 system. How do i get the proper code please?

Send me the serial number begins with "M" and I should be able to find the code for you.

Pull the radio out of the dash and you will see a sticky label with the serial number on it.

You will need a pair of 'keys' to remove the radio. Have a look at This link (https://www.amazon.co.uk/Radio-Removal-Tool-Release-Renault/dp/B079J47V9Q) or just Google Radio release keys. There are different styles but the ones shown certainly do the 7000.

Hi Tenfut, serial No is M251655 But in saying that on retrieval of head unit there was a code painted on top. So shall we see if it's the same code as you may find? Thanks.
