On A11 at Elvden heading towards Norwich. Light blueish colour only saw it for a second as sat on coach at time. But defo had a W plate on it. Didn't see any badges so can't be sure of model/engine.

another one?....well that blows the theory of there   only being 1 w-plate ::)
