Looking at sorting a meet out sometime in around a months or so at The Wilton Arms Belmont Road Bolton (A675). It's already used by a moggie minor group for regular meets and the place is run by my son. Large car park, good views for photo backgrounds and a warm welcome.

Any interested owners up for it?

ha! I used to live just round the corner from there mate, at The Beeches.

My bro worked behind the bar at The Wilton Arms.

Anyway, back to your thread. I am a long way away now :D

Bren,

Why not stick up a piccy of the location or a multimap reference and people can work out the distance thing.

I don't know of any event that has happened in Lancashire yet so yours could be a first.

However there is a monthly meet in Cheshire, a couple scheduled in Yorkshire including Harewood.

Main thing that seems to get people is easy to get to, space to park up and natter and prospect of a good evening or day.

Will grab some piccies next time I'm up there, thanks for the tip. Aware of the Cheshire monthly thing and will be trotting out there soon, it's not too far from me in Warrington. 8)
