My trusty old steed has let me down YET again.
This love affair with Ultima really needs RELATE intervention..its yet again on a trial seperation from me ..and the bus is likely to get between us both!!!

I need a rad for my 1998 TD and an alternator to get me back on the 'firm' so to speak
Is there anybody on here that can help me out please

Let me know how much you want for the items asap

Also, what you can do with your alternator is have it repaired. I did that with mine and got it back the same day. Cost me around £60

Hiya ..the alternator is actually working lovely, but the casing has cracked and split for some unknown reason and is hanging on by the grace of god...
it may stay like that for ever ..but knowing my luck it wont!
There is a vacuum type of pipe on it ..is that for the servo?

Also by the casing spliting and crackin, it means the belt isnt running straight and there seems to be some murderous noises coming from it,,so its just a matter of time until the AA meet me on the M25...and to be fair I am fed up having lifts in their truck.

Hi mate, you can get a alternator from here.

Its £104.98 but you get £60.00 refundable deposit back on return of your old alternator

Jaye, try calling at G W BRIDGES, breakers at Pease Pottage. Old A23 just south of the Pease Pottage services and north of Handcross village.

So its still £104.98 then? the £60 wont be deducted from that surely?
