The pipes are still available from Ford and the last time I heard of some one wanting them they were not too expensive...If you have a bit of pipe you can cut back to which is still good then rubber or hydraulic pipe with jubilee clips will fix it for you .. I know several members have used that method on here. The oil in the pipes to the coolers is NOT at extreme pressure.

I agree with Snoopy since I am one of those members that has used the repair method he describes and its still going good after 2 years or more. The pipes I repaired were actually new ones from local FMD that failed after 18 months or so! The failure was a fracture in the mid-rear section resulting from vibration fatigue which I now guard against with the addition of a home made bracket to minimise vibration. The original pipes failed from corrosion close to the cooler where the pipes rest in the foam of the plastic under-tray. This foam soaks up water and rots the pipes. I now wish I had just 'repaired' the original ones.
P.S. Take great care when removing the old pipes from the coooler spigots as they tend to be rusty and very delicate.

I've got a cracked battery cover which can be easily glued and still be as good as new... can send it. but don't think it's worth a hassle as u can get new/like new for a few quid...

I done that but can see that's exactly what has been done before, are both these pipes for autobox oil? I've used injector pipes but worried if thats a bad idea as i just noticed how hot the oil gets. The old rubber pipe replacments seemed to be far overtight and splits occured where the clips were.
