my mate is going to px his superb 98/S 2.3 Ultima Estate at a BMW dealer. I'm trying to convince him to seel it privately so at least it gives him more cash and it will most likely go to a good home? Trouble is he doesn't want the hassle of people coming round to see it then going away and thinking about it..(ie he has no patience)...

What do you think?!

Take some sneaky photos of it and get them posted.
That gets the first look over with, without anyone darkening his doorstep.

I have been looking everywhere for a facelift 2.3 estate as my work car - is he in or near the essex area, if he is and you know what he has been offered at bmw I am sure I would be able to beat it!

No but it is funny!!

Reminds me of the old Jasper Carrott sketch when he goes on about how in America you can have anything you want on your plate so long as no one else has it and he says about the Rolls Royce with b.o.l.l.o.c.k.s. as the number.....creased me up
