A little info on the process.
1st mark on card the hole from the inside of the bumper, mark approx 5-6 mm 1/4 inch larger round the perimiter on the same piece of card.
2nd Cut out with scissors.
3rd mark on metal 24swg, 0.5/0.6 mm thick.
4th cut out with tin snips.
5th place the shape over the hole and via trial and error bend by hand the two curves, you may wish to form the metal over a curved object(can of beans).
6th measure the hole and form another strip approx 75 mm long into a channel or C piece.
7th glue the curved plates to the C pieces, to do this , I placed the channels in the bumper holes , applied 'Pink grip or No nails' once the surfices have been rubbed with fine grade sand paper. then placed the cover plates in place.
8th push from the inside of the bumper to remove your 'Hen's Teeth' so the glue can dry for 24 hours.
9th apply primer then paint.

On this one I am going to have to go DUHHHH! what the hell is it could it be the headlight washers.
but I don't see much in the way of bits for it!!

which bits would you like to see ? My car was not fitted with washers.I purchased an aftermarket bumper and it had unexpected holes in !
