Good news! It isn't always easy to spot a crack in the T, but doesn't it cause mayhem with the idle etc !

They cause a few other issues as well, can make the car seem flat if the leak is big enough to stop the vis working fully

Its in a real crap place Youll need to take the intake off to fix it correctly, as it sits under the central part of the intake system

It's under the rear of the intake manifold. I've managed before to extricate the tee and replace it but my hands looked like they'd done 12 rounds with the all neighbourhoods cats after!

Hi Matt. I found this post of yours this a.m. Have you still got a set left and if so would you please sell one or even two sets to me as one of my Scorpios is in desperate need and the other - well you never know? Best regards, and in happy hopes Mike

Yes please Matt, all the vacume pipes are hard and set in ridges where they join the "T" pieces so they must be allowing air to get sucked in. Another problem: The throttle by pass hose is hard and brittle and split at the two joining points. It's the thick black pipe that is on the drivers side of the Inlet Plenum. Any chances of you or anybody else having a spare one? Please let me know how you would like to be paid - oh, and how much Mike
