Tailgate locking

Hi, Finally got round to sorting the central locking on my scorp est. When I bought it all the locks were disconnected and it came with a new module. I put the new module in ok, connected all the lock motors - bingo! Except for the tailgate. I can't find any connectors disconnected, and I've noticed that the lock itself seems deprressed as if it has been pushed in and got stuck - On my cossie estate the lock stands about 1/4 inch proud of the body before it is pressed. If I disconnect the central control and re-connect it, that unlocks the tailgate. Please any ideas - this is driving me mad...... Cheers, Adam..

Its a reasonably easy job to get the locks out and oil and examine them jsut to see if it is sticking... Obvioulsy the solenoid for the central locking works OK otherwise it wouldn't funtion at all.....
