Perfect picture http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/Engine%20Repairs.htm Is that one or two holes I can see at the end on the plenium chamber after the IAC I think the horizontal one is blocked, not sure now about the top one, though I have seen that it has a thread Shall have to investigate futher (any ideas ) especially after screwing a bolt into it after all why should there be a hole in a sealed unit anyhow I must admit, forgetting the fact that I had only seen it because I cleaned the IAC yet again, I found that the idle did improve considerably more so than after cleaning the IAC previously or maybe it's just that I did a better job this time

I had actually thought of that, but still you would have thought it would have been blanked off later so as not to draw air in to the system.
