Hi all,
I have just got all the bits ready for dropping the Auto oil
filter, "O" ring, gasket and I have seen a previous post mentioning using DexronIII...Can I use Dexron II as my mate who is helping me has 5 ltrs of the stuff which I can have FOC it would help to keep the cost down..
Has anyone used the DexronII and had problems?

does 2 meet the ford spec?
see here for specs on Oil to use , I know dexron 3 and 4 both are so I would think 2 is as well but worth checking
