Hello
Can someone please tell me would a 2.0 16v p reg steering rack fit a 2.9 24v cosworth 
How would it affect it if it didn't have the speed sensor on it

yes it wil fit physically but you will not have the sensotronic power steering which is only on the 24v Not a lot of difference really IMV , but others might tell you different.
