My handbook specifies a 50/50 mix using Ford Super Plus 4 according to Ford Specification ESDM-97B49-A. Any reputable Ethylene Glycol ( the blue stuff ) based additive will do the trick.

Thank's for the fast repply, i've seen the cooling manual, but there is only ford's antifreeze, and i don't want it, and ahving to choose from so many types and makes and colors i don't want to go wrong by pouring something bad.

Hi Octavian, I use Comma "X-stream Green" - good stuff. Don't use the pink version. You'll need to give your rad and pipes a good flush first. HTH Pegasus

| I actualy intend to give it a good flush before, like putting a hose on it and leave it so for a while, just to get all the deposits and rust out. Cheers
