If you change the chains & timing guides on the 24V don't forget to clean out your sump as well if any of the guides have broken up. Ensure your garage does the same. Costs alot to do the guides etc but . . . if not done properly (clean the sump out) . . . it can cost alot more. Engine suffered oil starvation at 80 mph due to old broken guides blocking the oil pickup. Seconds later it's too late. Not my work by the way.

OUCH! Been there, done that But it has run more than 20.000km since rebuild and still OK. Expensive and many hours though
