Radius arm bushes

Hi Guys
does anybody know if it's a hard job fitting new bushes to the wishbones, I've been quoted £35 each for the bushes by rapid fit but I seem to remember reading a thread by Eric R about having to buy the whole arm ?
any advice would be very helpful

the 2 bushes are available, 1 large (rear) and 1 small (front).
the arms (ball joint) are only available from ford @ £115+vat EACH

If you need the whole arms I was quoted £88 each from the Fordpartsuk.com link on the home page,rear bushes were 12 quid each,didn't change the fronts,probably need a press to get them out,took me about an hour each side to change them once the bolts were freed off

Yeah,need a 19mm socket to get the rear ones off,just slide on easy peasy,if you have to get the whole arm off,better get a angle grinder to chop the arms off,they tend to sieze easily...enjoy!

Still dead,gonna check the plugs,change the air filter,done the lambda sensors,but waiting on a scan from the garage "next week some time" he says so looks like it'll be a garden ornament for a while yet.
