Hi,
My 2.3 Manual Ghia came without remote locking, although it does have immobiliser and alarm (which I believe are stock) should it have factory remote and if so where can I get the remote key fobs from ?

yes.yes.yes... 
someone on here might have a remote you can buy from them,they do come up for sale on a regular basis on ebay,and it will work with your car,although you will have to programme it to your car (1 minute easy job),all the details are HERE

Dont even consider going to a ford dealer as they will ruch you over a ton! Second hand you can get one for £30-£40.
