Auto to Manual

Hi,
This is first time on the site posting my first question!!
Here we go - Im looking into the possibilty of converting my cossy S reg 98 to manual what im looking for, has anyone completed this so as i can mind meld and extract the info and find out whats involved.
Would be greatful for any info,

Some people have looked into the feasability of the project, but I don't know if anyone has completed it sucessfully or otherwise.
I know autoboxes are a bl***y pain and expensive to replace but you can't beat them for ease of driving.
