Firstly I need to introduce myself, I haven't got a Ford Scorpio, I hope that wont be much of a bad start. However I have an ex-army 3/4 ton trailer that uses Ford Scorpio parts. The problem is I don't what the part numbers are, therefore I would be grateful of a little help, I am replacing the brake shoes and beleive that they are rears as they have no sensor, the size are as follows; length 90mm width of pad 40mm, overall width of pad 55mm It has two metal clips on the top of the pad. Can anyone inform what the part number so I can order some please. Many thanks

I don't have the Ford part number but if you've a Halfords near you the part number is HBP325 which will fit the rear caliper on the Sierra, Sapphire, Granada and Scorpio. Approx £16 for an axle set .

If you take the pad to your local motor factors they will be able to match it up for you as they will have a book with pictures of all pads out there

This site will give you pictures of the pads. http://www.ebcbrakesdirect.com/default.asp Just enter the Car model details and it will cough up the pictures. If you then click on the small picture of the pads you will get a full size graphic of them complete with all the measurements to enable you to check them. Hope it helps you.
