Could those of you who's car is fitted with a CCM (Central Command Module), please check how many plugs are inserted into it and confirm whether or not you have the internal motion sensors fitted for the alarm.
The CCM is the module mounted just at the back of the glove box. Drop the lid down, unclip it and the CCM is black plastic cased unit with three sockets facing you as you sit in the passenger seat.
On mine the off side (right most) and middle socket have a cable plugged into it, the near side one does not - though there is a cable and plug to fit tied along side, unused.
My car is not fitted with the internal sensors and I am just trying to work out whether this unused plug might be for such sensors.

I have just taken another look at both the plug and the socket - They do not match so the one will not fit the other. So the question now is what is the loose plug for near the CCM and the empty socket in the CCM?
