engine probs

my car is 96 2.9 v6. it starts great from cold. after about 1 mile cuts out and is difficult to start. starts again when cold. where is fuel relay situated. Thanks

Fuel pressure regulator or possibly the fuel filter, chances are its the same filter thats been on it since 96
