a alternator belt tensioner from any scorp fit my 2.5td, are they all the same or did ford use different ones?

They are all different due to the different layout of pulleys and with/witout aircon etc.
PS, try to put a fuller description in the title next time TB... I thought you wanted advice on writing a will!!
