Glove Box light replacement

Hi All, Last night I noticed my glove box light went. No worries I thought, I know where it is; will change it in the morning. This morning I opened the glove box, well... after 30 minutes of battle, my fingers are scraped and I am a very frustrated man!!! The hole is so small and the light seems stuck, I cannot remove it. Has anyone experienced anything like this or am I totally useless!!! Any help/tip would be appreciated guys...

I think from memory that you can gently...ease the holder out from its location with a thin blade.

The simplest method is to use a flat screwdriver, prise it out gentle, it'll will come off with it's wires attached. Then changing the bulb becomes a child play.
