Master key help

Hi,
Bought a very nice Scorpio Ultima Estate today, 2.3 Auto 1996 P reg this morning - only got 1 key with it though. The key is black with a red bit in it. I've got a blank red master key on the way to me which I guess will need to be cut - question is, how do I get it programmed ?
