Car Radio stem wiring

I can't get my head around that search function 
I asked a similar question regarding putting in a car stereo, Kenwood for example, and getting the changer stem/stick to work with it.
Someone posted a link to a website that do convertors for the stick to the new radio but i cant find the blooming thread!
Could someone post it up please?

This is the thread you are after I think. If you go to your name,click on it, and bring up your profile you can do a search for the last posts you put up. That's how I found it.
