whats involved in converting the 3 dial heater controls to the climate control system?

sun load sensor, hbc, split fans, vss input, cc panel, control module, outside temp sensor, inside temp sensors, etc.
that's all i can think of at the moment.

my 12ver has the CC panel and its all gonna be binned if i cant find a home for it, my 2.3 estate only has the 3 dial system, would like to upgrade a little
