Evening.Daft question i know but does anyone know the external diameter of the exhaust tubing around the rear silencer of a 12 valve ? The baffles in my box are rattling like a tin can & rather than replace it with a standard jobbie that will rot away in 12 months,i want to go for a stainless box with a lifetime guarentee  .Only trouble is i dont have a slide caliper to measure the diameter of the pipe & cant find the tape measure  .Unless anyone knows of a manufacturer who supplies a direct fit stainless box (that wont cost a fortune).Thanks in advance...Craig

I think it is around 54mm Craig but don't quote me on that, There is bound to be someone near you that can measure it for you
