The stretched 12 valve limos and hearses have vented discs on the back, spose there might not be one in your local scrappy though!Just a silly thought!

Pretty sure the rear calipers for all Scorpios with vented rear discs are the same - part numbers fom www.car-parts.direct.co.uk look identical. Although the 24V has larger rear discs, I think the caliper is just mounted on a different bracket to position it differently for the larger disc. I would say changing a rear caliper is within the capabilities of the home mechanic - there are only 2 bolts and the hose and handbrake cable to undo. Use a brake hose clamp to minimise fluid loss and be aware of the need to bleed the caliper you have worked on when the job is completed. If you can get hold of the Haynes workshop manual for the Granada this should help as it is all pretty much the same. Good luck and hope the MOT goes well.

Just checked http://www.brakeparts.co.uk/ - Rear calipers are £69.03 + VAT - same for 24V and all estates.
